Work Flow and QA

 We do need to do the back wash for the pool pump from time to time especially when we see the waters running slowly into the filter. Or the suction of the pool vacuum is very weak. Use the service key & fob to get access to the pool equip room. First make sure we turn off the spa heater before we turn the pumps off. Press the power button on the heater to turn it off. There are three power switches for the pumps, we can turn off all the switches . But we will only use the pool pump power when doing the back wash. Which is the left one. Pumps normally running in the FILTER position (6 o'clock). When the power is off, press the lever down and turn it into the BACK WASH slot. (12 o'clock). Please make sure the lever is in the slot properly. Turn the pump power on and let the pump run for 2-3 minutes. Turn the power off to finish the back wash. Turn the pump lever to RINSE position . (5 o'clock) Turn the power on again and wait for 1 minute then turn it off to finish ...

 The Spa heater sometimes will stop automatically when its over heating. This is normally caused by pumps stopped running. When this happens we need to reset the heater. First of all we need to make sure the pumps are running before we reset the heater. You can hear the sound when pumps running in the pool equip room.  Press the Red button on the side of the heater. The red light will be on if it needs to reset. When the red light is off which means it's all good. (I did put the notice on the pumps to remind the contractors to turn off the heater first when doing works on the pumps. But if you can remind them once again that would be also helpful.)

 All the bulbs are in the electrical room. Cross the foyer corridor door opposite the front desk. The door with the pin code lock. 1. Living Room ceiling light What you need:  E27 led light bulb. Warm white. 6W - 10W. Ladder . From basement storage room. - Small room next to the lift area. There are 3 clips holding the light cover. One of them can be pulled out and you will be able to take the cover off.  Unscrew the old bulb and replace with the new one.  Have a test and wipe clean the cover before you put it back. 2. Kitchen ceiling light What you need: 32W circular lamp Starter (from the electrical room) Ladder . Take the light cover off by turning it anticlockwise. Please note sometimes this can be a bit difficult when the cover has grease in there or jammed inside. When this happens you can try to pat and push the cover anticlockwise with care. Take the old Starer out by turning it anticlockwise. Pull the starer connector out.  Then take the lamp out of t...

Tools you need: Screw driver When the curtain chains off the track. Like this one in unit 1505. You'll need to take the rail off and put the chians back. Step 1 Turn the "gear" part towards inside to release the clip then you'll be able to take the whole curtain off. In this rooms it's the left side. Step 2 Take the chain side (the other side part as the picture showing below) out of the curtain. Losen the part by using the screwdriver to undo the screw in the middle. Step 3 Put the chain back in the track. And then tighten the screw. Make sure the stopper(a bigger bead attached to one of the chain beads) in the right position to stop the curtain from over rolling.  Step 4 Put the chain side back to the holder first. Then put the "gear" side back to finish. If the stopper is not in the right position you might have to repeat the steps to adjust.
