Reset the SPA heater

 The Spa heater sometimes will stop automatically when its over heating. This is normally caused by pumps stopped running. When this happens we need to reset the heater.

First of all we need to make sure the pumps are running before we reset the heater. You can hear the sound when pumps running in the pool equip room. 

Press the Red button on the side of the heater. The red light will be on if it needs to reset. When the red light is off which means it's all good.


(I did put the notice on the pumps to remind the contractors to turn off the heater first when doing works on the pumps. But if you can remind them once again that would be also helpful.)

 Troubleshooting: Landline Cannot Be Connected Identifying the Issue: If it's observed that our landline cannot be connected, especially if no phone calls have been received in the past 2 hours, I highly suggest to make a test call to our landline number: 07 5557 7500. This helps confirm if the issue is with incoming calls. When there's a connection issue please  Reboot the VoIP Device located in the office: Unplug the device, wait for a minute, and then re-plug it in. In most cases, rebooting the VoIP device should resolve the landline connection issue. If problems persist, further investigation may be necessary.
