Aircon Troubleshooting: If the aircon controller displays an A4 error code or the unit is not cooling properly ,  please try the following steps: Method 1: Power cycle the circuit. The circuit is located in the bedroom wardrobe (03 units in the cabinet outside the bathroom). The aircon circuit is usually the 4th switch from the left . Turn it off, wait for a couple of minutes, and then turn it back on. Method 2: Using the dedicated Allen key found in the office toolbox , open the ceiling aircon system cover.  Troubleshooting: Landline Cannot Be Connected Identifying the Issue: If it's observed that our landline cannot be connected, especially if no phone calls have been received in the past 2 hours, I highly suggest to make a test call to our landline number: 07 5557 7500. This helps confirm if the issue is with incoming calls. When there's a connection issue please  Reboot the VoIP Device located in the office: Unplug the device, wait for a minute, and then re-plug it in. In most cases, rebooting the VoIP device should resolve the landline connection issue. If problems persist, further investigation may be necessary.

This often resolves connection issues. Reboot the Device: If the issue persists, instruct the guest to reboot their device. Restarting the device can help resolve connectivity problems. If both of these steps do not resolve the issue, provide the guest wit...
