Release the lifts access

 In this post will show you how to Release/Secure all the level access in the lifts. Please note security system will be disabled and any one can get to any level WITHOUT swiping the Fob.

Use the computer located in the left corner in the office. The monitor is sharing with the camera system and if it's showing the camera please press the UGREEN swith button on the wall next the the room key safe.



Use the app - Insight Edit


Login info if needed:

Step 1
Select CONTROL tab on the left side.
Then click on Floor List. Floor list window will pop up 

Step 2
Select the levels you would like to release. Or select all the levels by selecting FL001 - Scroll down to the bottom - Press and hold Shift button on the keyboard - Left click on SFL015
Then click on Free.


Step 3
Once lift 1 is done, select Lift Car: LC002
to do the same for the other lift.



Remember to secure the levels after the access has been given.

Troubleshooting: Landline Cannot Be Connected

 Troubleshooting: Landline Cannot Be Connected Identifying the Issue: If it's observed that our landline cannot be connected, especially if no phone calls have been received in the past 2 hours, I highly suggest to make a test call to our landline number: 07 5557 7500. This helps confirm if the issue is with incoming calls. When there's a connection issue please  Reboot the VoIP Device located in the office: Unplug the device, wait for a minute, and then re-plug it in. In most cases, rebooting the VoIP device should resolve the landline connection issue. If problems persist, further investigation may be necessary.
