Vending machine: Refill and complimentary items

 To open the vending machine door please use the key in the office key safe. Also attached with the round black Fob with the words " NAYAX".



Use the key to open the door.


And also here's how to close it:



Important:
* Always check the door after closing.
* Think about the weights! Use one hand to hold the rack when refilling the drinks. (Drink labels always facing outward)

To give guests complimentary item:
Simply select the item number on the key pad, then swipe with the NAYAX Fob.

 Troubleshooting: Landline Cannot Be Connected Identifying the Issue: If it's observed that our landline cannot be connected, especially if no phone calls have been received in the past 2 hours, I highly suggest to make a test call to our landline number: 07 5557 7500. This helps confirm if the issue is with incoming calls. When there's a connection issue please  Reboot the VoIP Device located in the office: Unplug the device, wait for a minute, and then re-plug it in. In most cases, rebooting the VoIP device should resolve the landline connection issue. If problems persist, further investigation may be necessary.
